Hubcap Reflection

Driving through town we passed a semi trailer. I caught our reflection in the hubcap of the semi trailer.

That's us in the red car.

Then I saw us reflected in the petrol tank. You can even see me taking the photograph if you look hard enough.

Mellow Yellow Mailman

When the postman came the other day, I couldn't believe my eyes. It looked like he had dressed especially for Yellow Mellow Monday.

It looks like they have been issued with a new uniform and accessories, probably to keep them visible and safe on our dangerous roads.

Moreton Bay Mangroves

Mangrove trees growing on the edge of Moreton Bay in Brisbane. Mangroves are very important for the ecosystems. They provide food and shelter for breeding fish. They also keep the water clean.
